THANK YOU ST. PETER EASTPOINTE: We would like to thank St. Peters Pastor and staff for a welcoming Open House last night! As Pastor Cook stated “We are all brothers and sisters in Christ and when one of us hurts, we all hurt.” We should continue to pray and support each other through this sad time. Mrs. Gapski and Mrs. LaGassa are still available to speak to you or help you during this transition.
A NOTE FROM THE OUTREACH TEAM:
Dear Peace Family,
We’ve worked hard reaching out to folks across Warren and the surrounding community asking for gently worn used and new shoes. As of today (5-24-17), we have collected 42 bags (25 pairs per bag) of our goal of 100 bags. You can help us without spending a cent! It’s quick and easy to help us hit our goal
Could you please let me know if we can count on you to collect 25 pairs of gently worn shoes, and recruit a friend to do the same in the next four weeks? Ask them to collect 25 pairs of gently worn used shoes, kids or adult size. Shoes can be dropped off at Peace (11701 E. 12 Mile, Warren, 12/Hoover) or call 586-751-8010 to arrange a pickup. There’s a Facebook post on our Peace Facebook page – Please share it to get the word out!
